London police have arrested a man wanted in connection with an Old East Village armed robbery this month.

London police have arrested a man wanted in connection with an Old East Village armed robbery this month.

The robbery happened about 3 a.m. Aug. 17 when a woman arranged to meet with a male acquaintance in an apartment in the 900-block of Dufferin Avenue, police said.

Before arriving, the woman picked up another man, armed with a shotgun, police said.

At the meeting, the armed man struck the male acquaintance with the shotgun, stole his belongings, threatened him with a large knife and told him to leave, police said. The man, who suffered minor injuries, fled and called police.

Investigators arrested a 40-year-old London woman Aug. 21 and charged her with armed robbery.

On Wednesday, London police announced the arrest of a 30-year-old man of no fixed address. He’s charged with armed robbery and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
